The conditions of access.
Access to the House of Galli digital experience is extended to invited members and to applicants. Using this experience means you accept these terms.
Access
The experience is intended for personal, non-commercial use by the person to whom access has been extended. Access is not transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Acceptable conduct
You agree not to disrupt or attempt to circumvent the security of the experience, not to scrape or bulk-download content, and not to use the experience in a manner that would compromise the discretion or safety of other members.
Content of the House
All names, marks, imagery, editorial text and product references belong to the House of Galli and its Maisons, and are extended to members for their private enjoyment. They may not be reproduced without written consent.
Availability
The House takes reasonable care to keep the experience available, but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Features may evolve and, on rare occasion, be withdrawn.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the House limits its liability to direct damages proven to have been caused by the House's own fault, and excludes indirect and consequential damages.
Cessation
The House may suspend or end access, without notice, in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms or of the Membership Terms.
