How the House holds your information.
The House of Galli considers the discretion of its members and applicants a matter of first principle. This document explains what we hold, why we hold it, and how we protect it.
What the House holds
We hold only what is necessary to extend membership and provide the services of the House: the name and contact details you share, the preferences you record in your profile, the documents you place in your Identity Vault, the requests you send to the Concierge, and the technical logs generated by your visits.
Why we hold it
Your information is used to verify your membership, to prepare and coordinate the services of the House, to comply with legal obligations, and to protect the integrity of the private experience against fraud and abuse.
Who may see it
Your information is seen only by the small team of the House and, where strictly required, by the partners you explicitly instruct us to engage on your behalf. Partners never receive standing access to the Identity Vault; every share is single-purpose, time-limited and revocable.
How long we hold it
We hold your information for the duration of your membership and for the period thereafter required by law or by the legitimate defence of our rights. Documents deleted from the Vault are removed from storage; a minimal audit anchor is kept for accountability.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored in access-controlled infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Vault documents live in a private, non-listable bucket accessible only via short-lived signed URLs.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your information, restrict certain processing, object to processing, and receive a portable copy. Members may write to the Concierge to exercise these rights.
Changes to this policy
We will notify members of substantive changes to this policy in writing, in advance of their taking effect.
