Concierge Terms · Draft

How the Concierge works with you.

The Concierge is the private channel through which the House prepares and coordinates on your behalf. These terms describe how requests are received, prepared and completed.

Requests

Every request begins in the Concierge. The Concierge will confirm receipt, prepare the arrangement, and — where an action carries a cost, a commitment or the release of personal information — request your explicit approval before proceeding.

Third parties

The Concierge engages partners on your behalf. The House selects partners for their discretion and quality, but is not liable for the acts of independent third parties beyond its reasonable control.

Costs

Costs and fees incurred with third parties are for the member's account and are communicated before commitment. The House does not add hidden mark-ups.

Discretion

The Concierge treats every request in confidence. Information shared to fulfil a request is used solely for that request and retained only as long as required.

Availability

The Concierge aims to respond within the standards of your membership tier. Certain requests, by their nature, cannot be guaranteed to succeed.
