Membership Terms · Draft

The terms of membership.

Membership of the House of Galli is a private, personal engagement between the member and the House. These terms describe how membership is extended, held and ended.

Invitation and application

Gold Membership is offered by application, subject to review. Black Membership and Founder designation are extended exclusively by personal invitation from the House. The House reserves the right to accept or decline any application without explanation.

Tenure

Membership is annual, subject to renewal by the House. The House may reinstate a lapsed membership at its discretion.

Privileges

The privileges attached to each tier are described in the House experience and may evolve. Certain privileges — private allocations, private terminal access, Founder-only releases — are reserved for specific tiers and cannot be extended beyond them.

Fees, refunds and taxes

Membership fees are set by the House and communicated to the member before commitment. Fees paid are non-refundable other than as required by law.

[ {legal review required} ]Applicable jurisdictions, VAT treatment, and statutory withdrawal rights to be confirmed by counsel.

Conduct

Members are asked to respect the discretion of other members, the staff of the House and its partners. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension or cessation of membership.

Cessation

A member may end their membership by writing to the House. The House may end a membership at any time for cause, with reasonable written notice where circumstances allow.
